Carlos Aguilera, 33, a construction engineer, did not plan to vote. “With the way things are going right now with politics, I don’t believe in nothing no more. I just want somebody that’s really for the people, you know, because that’s what we need — somebody that’s going to lift up the country back up, and I think Trump will. But what happened last time with the rally [at Madison Square Garden] with the talking about Puerto Ricans, I’m Puerto Rican myself, so that kind of hurt. I don’t know if he noticed, but it looks bad on him.”
